Rachel is a communications professional with a degree in public relations and more than eight years of experience in social media management, marketing, and brand development. With a passion for creating meaningful experiences, Rachel brings her creative eye and organizational expertise to every event she helps bring to life.
She believes that the best gatherings happen when people feel at ease—where every detail is thoughtfully planned, laughter comes naturally, and moments turn into memories.
Whether helping coordinate a private celebration or crafting the perfect campaign to showcase the venue’s charm, Rachel thrives on building genuine connections and ensuring every guest feels right at home.
Founder Story
Red & Blue was founded in 2019 by Stephanie and Roby Brock to provide a place for unique special events in central Arkansas. After hearing from friends and family about the need for a venue that could accommodate a variety of corporate and personal occasions, our location across the street from the Arkansas state capitol was chosen after much research and a lot of touring.

Stephanie's attention to detail is rooted in her background in special events coordination from her days in the hospitality industry and her years serving as facilities manager for a local retreat center.

Roby also has a background in the hospitality business as a former founder/manager of a popular Little Rock restaurant. He's also spent years in Arkansas business and political circles.
