50% room rental deposit required at booking. Balance of bill must be paid in full by day of event.

50% of deposit returned if event is cancelled within 30 days of a weekday rental or 60 days of a weekend rental.

We take cash, credit cards, and checks.

Holiday Pricing is double the usual rate. Holidays included, but not limited to: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th.
